Bio:

I am a BACP accredited counsellor with five years qualified experience in many different sectors of counselling. I have worked within charitable organisations, universities, private healthcare and NHS Talking Therapies gathering extensive experience in short and medium term counselling both f2f and remote. I have a healthcare professional background and enjoy working with a variety of different client presentations. I have worked for Working Minds for nearly four years and have thoroughly enjoyed the contact with clients, giving them a safe space to be heard and really listened to as well as seeing the progression and success. 

Outside of counselling, I can be found either walking my dog through the countryside or watching cricket at Trent Bridge.
