Supporting Clients Through Uncertain Times: Simon Featured in BACP Article on War Anxiety

We’re proud to share that our Director, Simon, has been featured in another article by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

This piece explores the growing impact of global conflict on mental health, looking at what therapists are seeing in practice and how individuals can cope with feelings of anxiety linked to war and world events.

The article highlights that ‘war anxiety’ can affect people in different ways, even if they are not directly impacted by events, and offers practical, therapist-led guidance to help manage these feelings.

Simon contributed his professional insight to this important conversation, helping to raise awareness of how current global events are affecting mental wellbeing and what support can look like in practice.
