Bio:
Hi, I’m Lisa, an integrative counsellor. I have significant experience in hospice care, supporting patients and their families through the complexities of life-limiting, changing, and sometimes end-of-life illnesses. This involved helping clients navigate a wide range of psychological challenges, including anxiety, trauma, family dynamics, and bereavement. I’ve also done extensive bereavement support work with CRUSE Bereavement Care, which has given me a strong foundation to support the diverse needs of my clients.
I’m passionate about supporting people’s mental health and wellbeing, bringing a down-to-earth, real approach to my work. I provide a space where clients can feel heard, understood, and able to explore their experiences without judgment. I help clients make sense of their challenges and find practical ways forward that work for them, whether that’s navigating major life changes, adjusting to new circumstances, or building a path toward the next stage of life. I tailor my approach to respect each individual’s unique needs, empowering them to regain confidence and a sense of control in their lives.
