I have worked with the Sunflower Women’s Centre and the Daffodil Family Centre, both part of Trevi, to support women and families in need in Plymouth. As a result, some of my areas of specialty include domestic abuse, drug/alcohol abuse, and support for women going through the menopause.

Bio:

Being an integrative counsellor means I will respond to your needs by pulling on different approaches to counselling that will be individual to you. I will not give advice or a list of changes that I feel you need to do to help yourself to feel better, what I will do is help you discover your own way of understanding yourself and to provide you with the tools which will help you make these changes
