Bio:

Sometimes our emotions can feel overwhelming – anger, fear, sadness and shame can feel all consuming and we no longer feel in control. Negative thoughts can go round and round our heads and we don’t seem to be able to stop them. Maybe you feel stuck, and don’t know how to change.

I provide a relaxed and friendly environment, which is confidential and non-judgmental, where you can bring whatever is troubling you. I have experience in helping people with relationships, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief, trauma, and life!

I help you explore whatever is troubling you, process emotions which may feel stuck, and feel better about yourself.

I use whichever approaches and techniques will be most relevant and useful to you. Some people like to just talk, others find using images, objects, art, or other techniques useful – we work with whatever works for you.
