We take a holistic approach, listening to you and blending together therapies to create a programme that will work best for you.

 

This is called integrative therapy. When clients come to us with an idea of what they need, we always recommend that we discuss the options first so we can reach a joint decision about what would be most effective. This could involve counselling/psychotherapy, CBT, cognitive coaching or a mixture of whatever suits your needs best.

Remember, we never divulge any of your information or personal details to third parties, and we abide by the safety and professional ethics of a number of clinical bodies such as the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
